Here, I united all parties and made an uncomfortable situation for Sol. I decided to avoid this altogether in the remake. For Cullinan Diamond Hunter, I’ve decided to keep the stories separate. Julius does his thing while Sol independently meets with Greer. This produces a more organic relationship. Also, I really didn’t like how I remade Absolute. Black Alchemy Hunter – In Due Time

Chapter one is where things started to go wrong with Black Alchemy Hunter. <–That’s meant to be a joke, but I’m serious. I modeled Black Alchemy Hunter after The Avengers, which is really problematic. The Avengers do a great job of opening with the villains doing a number on the good guys. For this chapter, I pitted Kode against the villains, blurring the lines between who is good and evil. Or evil and eviler. I tried establishing Blas’ character, a womanizing power freak.
