Bruh…They Graduated

Yes. This is my first time writing in 3 months. Let’s not pretend like I don’t disappear for long stretches. Why have I been so busy? My babies graduated. Two years ago, I began teaching English and History at Environmental Charter. (I always pretend like I wasn’t a History teacher because I hate the subject, but that’s another subject). White Noise 2 Life 

White Noise

The above image was a view from my friends’ beautiful wedding. If you look closely enough, you’ll see a helicopter hovering above the lake. We were delayed by two hours because of the white noise that the helicopters produced. There was a fire in the mountains that you see in the image. When things were at their worst, one of the other groomsmen asked, “Is that mist or smoke?” Smoke. There was no hope at that hour, due to the 104 degree temperature. It’s official. I’m a daddy. My little man exited the womb last Friday at 3:54 pm. He gave his mom a hard time on the way out, but she had an extremely fast labor, so I’m happy.
